Community Covenant Signing 2019

The Community Covenant Signing is held annually in Alexandria at the George Washington Birthday Celebration.  During this celebration leaders from the various military installations along with local business representatives, veterans, military families and civilians, come together and pledge their support for the military community.  The QBRBA initiated this local covenant signing in November 2008. 

"Our emphasis of course is on Fort Belvoir and Marine Corps Base Quantico because they are two local installations, but this is an outpouring of affection and support for the military," he said. "We want them to know how welcome they are in our community." - Miles Friedman, Co-Founder and Director
